Wedding licenses can be obtained from the Monterey County Clerks Office at 240 Church Street in Salinas, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Closed on Holidays. Information on marriage license requirements is available at (831) 755-5450. (Note: this telephone number puts you through one of those mind numbing recordings but after a little over four minutes in you get the option to speak to a person) Most information needed can be found online here:
